I am SUPER SUPER excited to formally announce that I am bringing Sunset Yoga to Winwick Hall!  An outdoor yoga practice in the STUNNING grounds at Winwick Hall.  Winwick is just over 15 minutes away from Rugby - nestled, almost secretly, between Crick and West Haddon.

The plan for the event is:

• We will meet and park up near the Mermaid Lakes (if you were to be in a helicopter overhead looking down, you would see that the lakes are shaped into a Mermaid! And there may well be mermaids living in there too - you never know!). 

• From the lakes we will take a stroll through the grounds, yoga mats in hands, and head through to the flower meadow (where 1000 clouded yellow butterflies are released every year!) and find a clearing where we will take our outdoor yoga practice, including a lovely meditation. 

• At the end of our practice, we will then take a slow, meandering stroll up through the meadow over to the FABULOUS Polo Pavilion Tea Room where we will share their amazing tea and cake as the sun sets on our beautiful evening!

The grounds are STUNNING. 
The views are uninterrupted. 
There is pure peace at this place. 
It is a real gem and I am so happy to have found it.
