Join me for a weekend designed entirely for you - dedicated time to nurture yourself inside and out.  To help you reset your body and mind. To give you the opportunity to reset and receive a boost. You will be given that precious time and space to relax, recharge and reconnect to you.


Through the wonderful tools of yoga, relaxation, meditation, good wholesome food... not to mention the fresh air, surrounded by glorious open countryside, luxurious accommodation... I promise it will be a weekend not to miss!



Situated in the stunning South Western edge of the Peak District National Park, our home for the weekend is a wonderful secluded haven. Our accommodation has been transformed from a traditional farm house and old stables, into the most stunning of retreat locations.  Our home for the weekend has been converted to a high standard with a luxurious yet homely feel throughout with beautiful warm interiors and fabulous furnishings.  

We will be situated in a peaceful and secluded location, enjoying glorious far reaching views across the rolling Derbyshire countryside.

This is the ultimate countryside getaway - a stunning farmhouse with converted barns offering rural simplicity and plenty of space to unwind and retreat.

This is such a special place and is the perfect escape, with all of the comforts you could ever need; inviting lounges with plush sofas, warming fires and breath-taking views from every window.  We are surrounded by gardens with open views over the most beautiful of landscapes. 


This really is a place to retreat and be - you will find just the spot for some peace, or time to enjoy a hot drink with fellow retreat friends.

Our accommodation boasts boutique styled bedrooms which have been individually decorated and carefully styled.  Each bedroom is decorated with stunning wallpapers, sumptuous soft furnishings and luxurious bedding. Whatever you choose, you can be sure of comfort, luxury and privacy.

We have a mixture of single occupancy, twin en suite or even a triple en suite room available.


Throughout our weekend you will enjoy, wholesome, seasonal and delicious food that will have been planned and prepared to ensure you are provided with all the nutrients your body needs for this time of year.


Expect a hearty breakfast, a lovely light lunch and a delicious evening meal, plus a little afternoon tea and cake - just because!!

We also have the option on Sunday to join together for a Sunday lunch at a fabulous nearby pub.


We start our mornings with meditation, breathwork and gentle unwinding and releasing movement - a sumptuous awakening before breakfast.  Mid morning we liven things up with some hatha flow, stretching, strengthening and warming the body, revitalising you for the day ahead. A late afternoon oozy practice ahead of dinner that look to help you unwind, release tension and maybe drool a little!  

This retreat is all about nurturing and nourishing you, finding your feel good.  Let me take you on a delicious journey of Yoga to help you do just that in this beautiful dedicated

yoga space.

Over the weekend we will cover many styles of yoga with influences from Hatha, Flow, Somatics, Yin, Restorative, Meditation, Pranayama and let's not forget DEEP relaxation.  A veritable smorgasbord of all things yoga 🥰


All yoga will be suitable for all, from beginners to intermediate to advanced. Everyone is welcome.

And with lots of open outdoor space I very much hope to share the beauty of a little outdoor yoga with you too should the weather permit.

We arrive from 4.30 pm on Friday with our opening yoga class starting at 5.30 pm.

We then join together for dinner at 7pm.

On Sunday, departures are from 1pm  or why not stay a little longer and enjoy a Sunday lunch in a local pub with me and your fellow guests before your journey home.

Our days will roll like our yoga classes do, a slow flow blend of movement and relaxation that makes the most of the stunning location we are in.  And gives you time to simply be as well.

We are in the most beautiful of areas and there are many walks around from our doorstep. You can be as adventurous or relaxed as you wish.

With rolling green hills all around us, we have the most fabulous of settings to retreat to.  Undisturbed beauty.  Swallows sweep through the air, the sun sets in front of us as the moon rises behind us.
