Yoga Retreat Day at Rugby School

This is going to be a VERY special day held in the fabulous and historic setting of Rugby School in the heart of Rugby.

Give yourself the gift of a day that is purely for you. Just you. Nobody else. No jobs to do. Just focussing on you. Nourishing your body with movement, rest, breath work, meditation and good, pure food. 

We will indulge in a luxuriously long morning yoga practice to energise and revive the body and to rid you of any stresses and tiredness.

That is then followed by this delicious feast of a lunch provided by the caterers of Rugby School events team.

We will then have time for a walk in the lovely grounds of the school, on the historic Close.

From there we take it into a sumptuous afternoon of what I call Lush Yoga - a blend of slow moving, nourishing yoga which incorporates somatic movement into yin and restorative poses - truly lush with some lovely breath work and leading into a divine and deep Yoga Nidra relaxation.

We wrap it all up and re-awaken our senses with a hot drink and some divine sweet treat!

It is a true day of nurture, inside and out.

We have the use of a gorgeous room, used for the exclusive weddings that the School hosts.

Rugby School is a stunning independent boarding school and will be our home for the day as we soak in it's 450 year history.
