About the Event
Claire and Gemma are thrilled to be joining together again for this very special evening, combining yoga and sound healing.
Claire will lead you through a nourishing and opening Yoga practice followed by a calming and renewing Sound Bath Meditation with Gemma, showering you with the vibration to take you inwards for a deeper healing experience with the use of Tibetan bowls, divine crystal bowls and chimes.
This event will provide you with an evening that is all about you, taking time to connect and nurture your mind and your body.
Expect to feel deeply nourished and leave with a lovely sense of calm.
This is suitable for every single body, preferably with a little yoga experience. Please ask if you are unsure.
What to bring:
Yoga mat (please ask in advance if you would like to borrow one)
Bottle of water
Please note that for the Sound Bath you will be lying in stillness so it's good to bring items that will keep you warm and comfortable.
Whilst we are sorry to not be in person, we are very pleased to be able to leave you with a recording of the event that you can revisit and enjoy as many times as you would like.
