About the Event
Claire and Gemma are thrilled to be joining together again for this very special evening, combining yoga and sound healing.
Claire will lead you through a nourishing and opening Yoga practice followed by a calming and renewing Gong Bath Sound Meditation with Gemma, showering you with the vibration to take you inwards for a deeper healing experience.
This event will provide you with an evening that is all about you, taking time to connect and nurture your mind and your body.
Expect to feel deeply nourished and leave with a lovely sense of calm.
This is suitable for every single body, preferably with a little yoga experience. Please ask if you are unsure.
What to bring:
Yoga mat (please ask in advance if you would like to borrow one)
Bottle of water
Please note that for the Gong Bath you will be lying in stillness so it's good to bring items that will keep you warm and comfortable.
We will conclude our evening with hot drinks and cake to allow time to reflect and notice the effects of our evening's practice.
We will have full covid-19 precautions in place and reduced numbers to ensure social distancing throughout, compying with government guidelines.
