Take your mind and body to another level using the power of essential oils combined with grounding and restoring yoga postures.
One of the foundations of yoga is breathing; inhaling at the right time can help you reach the pinnacle of each stretch and unlock its healing properties - but what if something more came with each breath? Yoga and therapeutic essential oils encourage movement of stagnant energy, helping to relax the body, calm the mind and restore equilibrium.
Join myself and Julie Green, emotional aromatherapist, as we guide you through this enhanced way of practicing yoga and guiding you into a deeply relaxing guided relaxation.
5 sample oils, of certified pure therapeutic grade, will be provided for you to work with on the evening and for you then to take away to work with at home.
The evening wraps up, as always, with tea and cake.
