Sunset Yoga at Holdenby House

Join me at the stunning setting of Holdenby House.  Bring some balance into your day, into your body, as we absorb the beauty of this beautiful setting with the beauty that is yoga.

At this time of year, as we approach Midsummer's Day, the Summer Solstice, we enjoy the opportunity to be under the late evening sun and share the sunset together.

This event is suitable for everyone - from those completely new to yoga and those who have practised since the dawning of time! There are options and modifications to meet all needs. 

The plan for the event is:

 

We will meet in the old Victorian Stable Yard and we will walk together through the Grade 1 gardens, past the Elizabethan gardens, through the Tous Tous border... I could go on - these gardens are simply exquisite. 

 

We will then head onto the perfectly manicured lawns of Holdenby House to begin our yoga practice. 

 

This is an event to come and be with your body, your breath and to be in amongst the nature of this truly glorious setting.

 

The evening will be finished with tea and delicious cake (all included in the ticket price), supplied by Connie's Tea Parlour (they make the BEST vegan chocolate cake amongst many other tasty bites and are multi award winners!!) and we have the opportunity to take our drinks and cake back onto the most beautiful lawn as we watch the sun set on our special evening.
