Summer of Self Love Yoga Retreat Day

This is going to be a very special day held at Dunchurch Park Hotel in Rugby.  

I have fingers and toes crossed that the weather will be on our side and that we will be able to spend the majority of our day outside in the very stunning grounds of the hotel.  But should that not be the case, we have the use of the beautiful Drawing Room for the day.

Give yourself the gift of a day that is purely for you. Just you. Nobody else. No jobs to do. Just focussing on you. Nourishing your body with movement, rest, breath work, meditation and good, pure food. 

We will indulge in a luxuriously long morning yoga practice to energise and revive the body and to rid you of any stresses and tiredness.

We will share a wholesome, delicious and nurturing lunch followed by time for a leisurely walk in the stunning grounds.  We will then be slowing down for the afternoon with a mindful and meditative breath practice, some unwinding Yin Yoga and a guided Yoga Nidra relaxation, finishing up with tea and cake before departure.
