Outdoor Sunset Yoga at Winwick Hall

Join me for a magical outdoor yoga session under the golden hues of the late summer sun, set in the breathtaking grounds of Winwick Hall, nestled between Crick and West Haddon.

This all-levels yoga experience welcomes everyone—whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned yogi. No age limits. Just open hearts and open minds.

We’ll gather by the Mermaid Lakes before strolling through to the picturesque flower meadow, where we’ll flow through our practice surrounded by nature’s beauty and tranquility. This truly is one of the most stunning and peaceful settings I have the joy of practicing in and this will be my SEVENTH year returning to this space. Always, always a joy to be here.

As the sun sets, we’ll move to the Polo Pavilion Tea Rooms to unwind with tea and cake on the lawns in front of Winwick Hall, making this evening even more special.
