Evening of Yoga & Deep Relaxation

About the Event
Calm and nurture yourself with a delicious combination of yoga practices to help to relieve the negative effects of every day stress - the perfect remedy in times of tiredness, illness, or overwhelm or just to give yourself that much needed attention at this time of year.
We’ll start to unwind with some lush movements to help RELEASE tensions and create space.
We will then weave in some lovely shapes to help RESTORE the body and the mind as we tune into our breath .
We lead then into a deep, guided Yoga Nidra RELAXation to induce full body relaxation and a deep meditative state of consciousness. This is particularly beneficial if you are feeling tired, run down, stressed or exhausted.
We then finish the evening with lovely tea and cake as we take in our RENEWal!
This is a great session for anyone looking to relax and renew!
