About this class
This yoga class is for those taking their first steps in to yoga, teaching you how to build strong foundations and understanding for a safe, long and beautiful yoga practice. Please note that this 7 week block of classes runs every Wednesday from the 25th May, excluding the 1st AND 15th June, up to and including Wednesday 20th July 2022. Classes are £9 per week, bookable in advance. Just £9 per class. By signing up for classes you also gain exclusive access to my back catalogue of classes, containing over 150 video classes. Booking essential, no drop in spaces available.
