Are you completely new to yoga and nervous about joining a class?

Maybe you would just prefer 1 to 1 attention instead of group classes or you might want to deepen and refine your practice (or work towards specific goals) with the help of personalised yoga sequences & poses.  In which case private classes are a fantastic addition to your health and wellness routine.


Whether you want to increase flexibility & mobility, decrease stress and anxiety, improve strength, coordination and balance, improve circulation and joint health, or use yoga as a form of exercise, therapy or spiritual path, a regular yoga practice will benefit you greatly.

Working in a 1 to 1 environment means that your yoga session is bespoke and  planned just for your needs.
